Cancellation Before Work Begins

If design work or planning has already been completed, charges for completed design services may apply, as these represent professional work that has been performed.

Cancellation After Work Has Begun

If you wish to cancel after installation work has commenced, please contact us immediately. Charges will apply for work that has been completed up to the point of cancellation.

We will discuss the status of work completed and any outstanding charges. Our aim is to reach a fair resolution that accounts for work performed.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule planned work, please contact us as far in advance as possible. We understand that circumstances can change and will work with you to find alternative dates where possible.

Rescheduling with reasonable notice typically does not incur additional charges. However, last-minute changes may be subject to availability and may affect scheduling.

Materials and Components

Components and materials are typically ordered specifically for your project. If a project is cancelled after materials have been ordered or received, charges for materials that cannot be returned may apply.

Standard materials may be returnable subject to supplier policies, but custom or project-specific items typically cannot be returned.

Design Services

Design and planning services represent professional work that cannot be "returned" once completed. If you cancel a project after design work has been completed, charges for design services will apply.

Design plans and drawings remain available to you even if you choose not to proceed with installation, and you may use them with other service providers if you wish.

Installation Work

Installation work is performed to order and cannot be "returned" once completed. If you have concerns about completed work, please contact us to discuss resolution.

Our work is covered by warranties as outlined in our Terms of Service. Issues with completed work should be reported promptly so we can address them under warranty terms.

Maintenance Services

Maintenance service agreements can typically be cancelled with reasonable notice. Cancellation terms for ongoing maintenance agreements will be specified in individual service contracts.
